From 1970 until 2009, Arthur Penhallow (born December 20, 1943) anchored afternoons on active rock station WRIF in Detroit, Michigan. Greater Media, the station’s owner, stated on March 30, 2009 that the station and Penhallow had been unable to reach an agreement on a new contract. Penhallow was born in the Hawaiian city of Honolulu.
