Rapper Cardi B has won an injunction forcing a YouTuber to delete and never repost defamatory videos about her.

It comes just months after the "Bodak Yellow" rapper won a £2m lawsuit against Latasha Kebe, better known online as Tasha K. The YouTuber must now remove over 20 videos.

YouTuber Forced To Take Down Videos About Cardi B

A court document has dictated that Kebe must delete 21 videos on the video sharing website in the next five days and any other content related to the star on social media. She hosts gossip site UnWineWithTashaK which has one million subscribers on YouTube

The document also says that Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, was subjected to a "malicious campaign" of false accusations.

During the trial, lawyers for the "WAP" singer, said Kebe had waged "a campaign to damage and destroy [Cardi B's] reputation among her fans and the consuming public".

In the original case, Cardi B's lawyers stated that Kebe started making "degrading and harassing statements" in early 2018 and continued to do so, at one point incorrectly claiming the star had worked as a prostitute.

Cardi B's lawyers said the comments and videos on Kebe's channel caused the singer "embarrassment, humiliation, mental anguish, and emotional distress".

A judge has now banned Kebe from making online statements about Cardi B's sexual health and personal life. The injunction had been agreed upon by both sides and was a product of what the award-winning rapper described as a “constant ongoing threat” to her.

Kebe Forced T Pay Cardi B Damages

Following a January trial, a jury in the state of Georgia sided with Cardi B, holding Kebe liable for defamation, false light, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Kebe was then ordered to pay the 29-year-old star just over $4m in damages and legal fees. Kebe is appealing this original verdict. Tasha adamantly claimed in a video that Cardi would never see a penny of the owed $4 million. If the appeals court overturns the decision, the injunction will also be revoked so the videos won't need to be removed.

“Let me tell you how this was a blessing though,” Tasha said in the video. “Cause can’t nobody else sue me, and even if they do, I ain’t got no money. We’ve got estate lawyers, we’ve got every muthaf****** thing. I ain’t got s*** in my name b****.”

Cardi also hit headlines this week for deleting her social media accounts after fighting with fans over the lack of new music and public appearances.
