Josh Gracin is a country music singer from Westland, Michigan. He gained fame as a contestant on the second season of American Idol, where he finished fourth. Gracin started performing at a young age and won a national competition as a high school sophomore. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a supply clerk and was unable to participate in the American Idol Finalists tour due to his military commitment.
Gracin’s self-titled debut album was released in 2004 and was certified Gold. Gracin married Ann Marie in 2001 and the couple has three daughters. In 2014, Gracin posted a suicide note on Facebook and was placed in a psychiatric hold. He later checked himself into an inpatient psychiatric facility.
