Marjorie Taylor Greene has made some interesting choices during her time representing Georgia’s 14th district in the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2021 alone, she publicly and proudly harrassed survivors of the school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla., claimed that the proposed Equality Act, which would outlaw LGBTQ+ discrimination nationwide, “destroys God’s creation,” and responded to the display of a transgender pride flag outside her across-the-hall colleague’s office with a sign reading, “There are TWO genders: Male and Female! Trust the Science!” That colleague has a transgender child.
Recommended VideosLast night, Taylor Greene’s interesting choice was far less offensive but just as attention-grabbing: she wore an all-white ensemble with an ostentatious fur collar. Her fashion choice had many social media users comparing her to Disney villain Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmatians:

It’s also possible that MTG was taking a page from George Takei’s book and paying homage to the big white surveillance balloon that drifted over from China into U.S. airspace last week. This isn’t a bad hot take, considering the fact that many people believe she’s filled with hot air. And let’s not forget her inability to handle Sam Smith’s “evil” Grammys performance.
